Studio South Atlanta ("we," "our," or "the Studio") is a performing arts training school located in Sharpsburg, Georgia. We provide instruction in acting, vocal performance, and voiceover arts to students of all ages.

Enrollment & Administration

We use your information to process enrollments, manage class rosters, communicate about schedules and tuition, and maintain student records.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by Square. We receive confirmation of payment but do not store credit card or debit card details on our systems. Square's privacy policy governs how they handle payment data.

Many of our students are minors. When a student is under 18, we collect personal information from the parent or legal guardian on behalf of the student. The parent or guardian retains all rights described in Section 5 on behalf of their child.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have collected such information without consent, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

When a student turns 18, rights over their personal information transfer to the individual student.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Access-controlled admin systems — only authorized Studio South Atlanta staff may view enrollment records
• Hosted infrastructure secured by industry-standard cloud providers
